    Well, I feel none of these keywords are good enough to go... none of them can bring you enough traffic... and so the conversion rate will be poor. You need to do comprehensive keyword research and come up with as many keywords as possible then prioritize them.....

    keyword research should be perfectly done other wise you are not going to get the desired result with the keyword.. try to get more competitive keywords then the less searchable keywords..
