    These are sitelinks which Google automatically detects on your site. if your website is structured properly and your sections are ranking well in SERPs, you can get sitelinks.... In order to get sitelinks, your site must be of high quallity and must provider user with accurate information under particular sections!

    It's called Sitelink. Google will do this automatically based on your website important pages.

    Build some high quality links for internal pages of website. Then Google will automatically fetch those pages from your website and will give a search structure like you want.
