Yes, website analysis is that process which describes the nature of your website. You have to calculate your website that a keyword is most appropriate for your site or not. And what keywords your competitors are using. Are your meta tags fit for Search engine point of view etc. etc.

you will find current rankings, competitor report, top keywords, lacking keywords and post seo analysis include the reports which are showing the work done by the seo and its effect on the search engine.

Site Report- This is where you get a bird's eye view of your web site's SEO effectiveness. The SpyderRank is a number a person without any SEO knowledge can look at and understand how their site scores. The data points that make up that number can be interpreted to a much further degree by someone with SEO knowledge. This is basically a web site's SEO report card containing data only people with SEO knowledge can utilize to make improvements to their web site. It is domain-wide mostly, with some page specific data summarized.

    Page Report

This is the meaty section of the SpyderMate report. This will tell you which pages on your site have the most authority (Google PageRank) as well as give you specific data on every individual web page on your site that has been crawled by SpyderMate. This is where you can find the specific sources of the information summarized in the site analysis. You can also dig deeper utilizing keyword targeting features on a page-per-page basis. This report will tell you what keywords you're targeting on the page, where you're doing it as well as how well you're doing it. It also provides information on the value of those keywords in terms of search volume, cost-per-click, potential growth and other valuable data points. This report also tells you if you're not utilizing all the tags you should be for on-page optimization purposes on a page by page basis.

    Keywords Report

This report contains domain-wide keyword data. It mashes SEMRush and Google Analytics data in order to show you what your most valuable keywords are. It can also be utilized to show what keywords you should focus the most heavily on in your future SEO efforts. It reports potential growth opportunities in search volume right next to actual conversion data. This report helps guide your overall keyword targeting efforts and ensures you spend the effort on the right keyword battles.
    Compare Report

This report allows you to compare two web sites side-by-side, as well as individual pages. It is very useful to see where your competitive advantages and weaknesses are in regards to a specific competitor's web site. It takes into account data from the site and individual pages reports.
    History Log

This section is a log of all your past reports you've created with SpyderMate. It is an archive of the past. Multiple reports data can be exported via and excel spreadsheet file for trending purposes.
    Profile

The profile page allows you to input your SEMRush API giving you full access to SEMRush data within SpyderMate. It also allows you to upload your own logo and completely white label SpyderMate through exports into custom-branded PDF reports.

When I analyse a website, I look at the following of the clients website areas:-
    • Quality of Website code
    • Link Structure
    • Keyword Density
    • Keyword inclusion in titles, alts, filenames etc
    • Title and meta tags
    • Load speed

I then move on to current backlinks and directory submissions: -
    • Check if they are indexed
    • Find their current rankings based on target keywords
    • Use a backlink checker to find the number of incoming links (with dofollow)
    • Google places listing
    • Places citations and complete listing

Next I look any social networking the website uses.

Followed by a short analysis of a couple of competitors for each target keywords: -
    • Number of backlinks
    • keyword analysis (density)
    • load speed
    • source code
    • page title
    • social networking
    • places listing + citations
    • Overall quality

I finally like to make a plan of action of what I believe is required to top the competitors sitting above the client, what is required on a week by week basis and a rough idea of how I plan to do it.

You can analyze a website to find information about the following aspects:

1: Inbound & Out bound links
2: Proper use of tags (like meta keyword, description, robots etc)
3: Keyword rankings in search engines

Analysis can be done manually (time consuming) or through the use of a software (much better option)

Website analysis means you need to know the current rankings, competition and searches on keywords. Most important check on page optimization of website and the number of pages indexed by Google. Also check number of back links that the website already have.
