An NDA would only apply to what you were working on and had explicit knowledge about.

It would not stop you speculating on something you overheard in the canteen which you had no direct input on.

He does not even know what he is saying at the end of his post he encourage readers to leave a link back to their site to share the benefits of what he is about to do, but he miss the part were all comments in his post are no follow, and i wonder how leaving a link back will help if he says that no back links are required to achieve good rankings therefore is pure garbage on a blog like the zillions of blogs out there. Why did you even bother to give him a link-back by posting this crap on DP

NDA's only relate to what you were contracted for. It would not work if say, you overheard something in the work canteen about another area you had nothing to do with.

Not only that, what if what you had to disclose could not be traced back to the job you were doing? It wouldn't stand up in court, you obviously have a flair for a certain topic if you are employed in that area, so it stands to reason that once you leave the employ of a company, you still research the subject and "stumble upon" a certain flaw in an algorithm.

any way you look at him, it is clever marketing and generating traffic, I look forward to seeing how he monetizes the traffic and hope it is something bigger than a few banner ads

Exactly, it's got people talking about him.

In a few weeks we'll know if he's full of hot air or not but until then he's getting noticed.

15,000 pages of affiliate links indexed, with more to be yet indexed makes me think he's making something from that!
