    Hey,

    I was wondering which hosting provider you'd recommend for high storage, and high bandwidth, but a very low cost. I wouldn't mind if its unmanaged hosting either. And I'm looking for a VPS, Semi, or Dedicated Server.

    I use them for my one website.
    They are cheap
    support is great
    Cheap vps hosting plans,shared hosting plans
    I have had no bad experience with them so far

    another good one is bluehost

    I use StableHost.

    Initially they had excellent service, but as my sites have grown in size, their server performance has reduced. I think I might have to upgrade to a new plan again (second time this year) for more CPU usage and concurrent connections limit...

    as per the requirement you will find many more hosting provider into the market, but as you said you dont require managed server, which wont give you good technical support. and may be it create lot of bugs after traffic rank gets increased. which will indirectly affect your commercials
    so just plan for the managed hosting provider. for that you have to pay a very less figure.
    and try for the good hosting provider which will give you nice plan according to your requirement with great uptime and high bandwidth.

    Its depend on what kind of site you looking to host.

    If you hosting filehosting site then HostGator is definitely is not your choice because they will suspend you immediately.

    I would suggest you use cdn service such as MaxCDN
