    Magento for one of the better ones; search this forum and you'll see many reasons why. I've heard zen cart is one to stay away from.

    I used magneto and zencart, I prefer magneto,coz it is much easier to operate, and the ui is simple and clear, it is also comfortable to customers:p

    zscart, ajsquare and magentocommerce websites thrice websites are good but as per PR comparison magentocommerce website has 7 but other two have 2 and 3 respectively.

    I have to say BigCommerce. Easy to use, intuitive, has seo built-in, integration with just about every tool out there. Really this affair is a chic aloft all else. It does cost money, but it's money well spent.
