    There is no any monthly charges one needs to pay but one needs to pay transaction fee for receiving money and in some cases for withdrawing money. Check their help section for more info on that.

    Hi, There is no monthly charges as such to have a PayPal account.Charges are applicable for receiving and withdrawing money.

    Its not a bank account like you open one in India that you will need to maintain balance there. :D

    You will have to only pay Rs.50 as a charge when you withdraw money less than Rs.7000. And if you withdraw more than Rs.7K then its free.

    There is no monthly fees for paypal but they have transaction charge upto a certain amount of rupees.

    Actually the receiving charges are from 2.5% + $0.3 to 3.9% + $0.3.
    PayPal is soon going to eliminate the Rs.50 charges to withdraw money less than Rs.6999 :).
