I have a spin bike in my house and ride three times per week for 45 minutes. My favorite form of cardio!!!
I do it in the gym, honey. Every morning I do bicycle at the gym. Only in the weekends I go in the evenings because I wake up late
I used to love it till I got lazy and switched to buses... Actually the distance I travel is way too much for a bike to handle everyday Especially given that I live in a biker-unfriendly city!
