Feedback How to report people?

I don't know if this is the correct section to report. But I find this guy is trying to scam.

This is what he pm'd me :

So I'm simply curious. I go to his profile, check his reputation as what he claimed Possitive feedback (which is +12) , ok that's good.
Next, I checked the posts he made. Most of them are spammy one line posts.
Since I'm getting more curious, I checked all the accounts that give him +12 feedback.

Guess WHAT!? All of them are made on the same date (OMG!) and all of them are doing the same one line posts.

I suspected that this person is having multiple ID. I checked couple of the IP hash, but I don't see similar hash being displayed. I'm sure that this can simply be done by VPN / proxies.

Hope people see this through, as I'm guessing he is sending pm to all the newbie in the introduction section. Big chances that people are going to fall for it since newbie are the one getting targeted at.

P.S. I have reported his posts. Just wanted to share the level of spam seen nowadays.

 

This is so silly and even though the Moderators don't have a match for IP addresses, isn't this so obvious that this is one person using multiple forum ID's under different IP addresses?

My report are being handled by the mods right away on the same day I posted it.
This is a great forum.
Don't know why I cannot use "report post" as mentioned above. Perhaps it has something to do with my post count or my days count in the forum?
But then, the moderator taken action asap as my post was made.
