    Greetings all!

    Here is a brilliant contest for a new photography business named: [​IMG]

    The word [​IMG] means 'shot'.
    The word [​IMG] means 'photograph'.


    Prize money is a whopping $125 and winner takes all. Payment via regular PayPal. We will own all rights to the logo after payment. But remember, if we don't like any of the designs, we may not choose a winner. The contest will run for one week - extension will be at our discretion. And, do not mention the business name in text form in your replies here.

    If you can create anything that could be on par with the list of logos above, you will win the contest hands down. So basically we like logos with a clever design that is also professional.

    Received the entries so far. I will try to be frank with our critique.

    chuckies91, unfortunately none of the designs except the middle one on the left was in the class we were looking for. Unfortunately, even that failed in the creativity department, in that it wasn't. Sorry, no offence meant.

    lanz913, your design is just in the league for creativity but it doesn't score too well in the overall professional appeal. That is, it is just a little too generic looking apart from the central design play (which is good by the way).

    And sadly, all the others were way too basic for our needs. Anyway, looking forward to more submissions.

    ideosmil, nice logo but we don't see how it conveys what the business is about in a creative fashion.

    Sorry but we are not really impressed by the other logos. Please read the opening post and check the logos in the link mentioned. We really aren't looking for just the business name in a fashionable font passed off as a logo. We are looking for a real design.
