Is There A Better VPN Than Hotspot Shield For WiFi

    I live in the us and go to wifi hotspots to do work is there something better than
    Hotspot Shield the last time I used it it slowed my pc down a lot.

    I think try freegate or thefreevpn.com. If these does not work, then try to delete your hotspot shield software, remove the cookies from the computer and re-install it again, you might be using old version.

    Depends on your needs, most free ones are slow. You can try some of the paid vpns like proxify and hidemyass or cyberghostvpn or optionally use a web proxy.

    Though Cyberghostvpn is a paid service, there are a few 12 month free coupons floating around the web. I don't remember exactly where, but a fast Google search (or other forum search) will definitely get you one.

    I registered two accounts with them free of charge via the coupons and they're working great.

    I think my VPN isn't bad...I have heard that Hotspot Shield is slow and takes a long time to make a connection.

    Nope...Its the best one if you are counting free one's but not sure for paid as they have only US IP's..
