Buying Micro Template Design Contest $10

    Hi, I need a simple one-page template similar to the one attached:

    - two color variations: light blue like the one in the sample and "green water" (e.g.: green water)

    - resizable

    - files you will deliver to me: html/css/images (ready template) and psd.

    - I will own the full rights to do what I want with it/them.

    WARNING:I attached that sample only to make you an example of what I mean (freshness style, color, graphic etc...): you must create an original template using exclusively your fantasy etc. Please, NO copyrights infringements. Thanks so much
