• I got an acceptation email from them
• As they had literally not notified me of my application for a long time.. i did not even read their email as i was too busy.
• Day3 they sent me an email that my site is not fit to serve their ads.. okay good.. I never put your ads online anyways. But seriously why take a week to check my site then accept it and then again disqualify it?? Can't your management team even make their minds up?
• Day5 they send me a dumb message from admin saying about what type of content they allow??

Seriously when you have sent me an email saying my site does not qualify(even after you sent me a mail 2 days before, accepting it) why the heck are you still sending me mails stating your rules?? Can't you guys even maintain your active customers database? Don't send anymore spam to me, thank you.

Highly un-professional to say the least.

Hey UD, why my account only have less than 1/100 imprs than what I actually get?

 

I have sent you urgent emails and several PMs regarding additional sites that were approved but are still not showing up in my account site list. What is going on?? Some one should have gone directly to my account and resolved the issue by now or informed me with the reason for the delay. Should I simply reapply with all my sites if it is so difficult for you to add additional sites to an account? This is bizarre and doesn't make logical sense why additional sites which have been approved have still not been added to an account automatically. Does anyone else have this issue?

 

Hello UD. I have a problem and I hope I can help. I have an account approved by Publisher UbuDigital and today when I tried to log tells me "The username and password do not match you Entered.. " I gave a password recovery, I came to the e-mail message with the new password, enter the new password and it still shows me the message "The username and password do not match you Entered.. " Can you tell me what is wrong and why can not I login?
