Editing the footer is very simple using the WordPress Theme Editor, just paste all the Google code before the "</body>" tag and you're done. You can test it immediately on your Analytics page, Google should see the code once it's installed. It will take a little while to start gathering actual data.

Just find out the footer.php file in your wordpress theme.
Place the analytics code before the </body> tag.

it is not do difficult, if you know coding, analytics has full description on how to add it, you may get some video resources as well, just search it. and as others said there are few plugins. try them

You can either put it in the footer.php or in the header.php

The main point is you need to put it at a place where your site can load it every single time.

Please allow 24 hours before google start to display stat on your site.

Hello rome9t9, if the plugin's don't work i'll show you another way, this is how I do it. Login to your wordpress dashboard, then click on Appearance and then click editor then on the right side of the screen find header.php click that and then there should be <head> tags, put the code right before the </head> tag and then click save! Good luck! :)

you can place it in header, footer and you can also find some plugins like Ultimate Google Analytics which can help you place your analytics code.
