    Well you have so many links in your signature, you must be the best person to answer this question... honey :)
    Try out the site called : checkpagerank.net, this site will show you if the PR is real or fake. Also if you have mozilla firefox installed on your computer, then install the addon called SEO-Quake, which will give you all the detailed report of the site you wanna check ;)
    BTW, the spelling of "Didrectory" in your signature link is Wrong, it has to be Directory....

    Yes. Really a few months ago I tried to buy links but most of the offers are with really fake PR.
    How can you got PR4 with no backlinks in google and yahoo?
    Really it is big problem for website builders, because should filter the results of the websites, which are offered for sale.

    there are some tools that you can check if the PR is fake or not.. but google are now getting smarter to noticed those sites that do that..

    This one livepr.ezer.com works, I use it when I do link purchasing. It will show you the PR history of that site.

    There are various Page Rank checker tools available online, you can search out that in Google and can check the real PR of the domain, where fake pr is showing to you. Coz the pr is showing on that domain is the real pr of that particular domain where this new domain is diverted, when you click on the Cached page in Google Toolbar, it will show the right domain or actual domain from where the PR is coming.

    Ive always wondered about those viral marketing things.
    Sure they could drive a massive amount of traffic to your site, but does it actually convert.

    There are so many good PR ranking checker in the net today...But you can add some plug in with your Google Chrome and Moxilla firefox they are reliable
