    I'm looking for information about how to get on Most Popular downloads on cnet - http://adage.com/images/random/datacenter/2009/spendtrends09.pdf

    Obviously number of downloads, ratings, etc come into play but does anyone have experience with getting into the top downloads or have any resources that discuss.
