    The only way which I know is to just help out other guys and never spam into forum. Always be gentle to others feeling. Hope that these may help you out in faster growing up.

    Be nice on the forums, building a reputation here is just like building a reputation in real life. You want to be famous but not infamous. Treat users how you wish to be treated, "suck up to the admins and mods" haha JK:)
