    Hi,

    I am selling my technology / gadget web site hitechsquad.com... I started it in 2007 with several friends and really I don't have the time to invest in it at the moment.

    All the articles and news items are unique and original... no duplicate content here!

    It has a PR of 3 and regular traffic... My monterization efforts have been minimal and there aren't even any adverts on the front page!!! I am sure someone with the right skills and desire could turn this into a very popular site.

    @searchfordeal, 100% of the content is original... there are no PLR articles, nothing from article directories. For the news items some of text quotes from press releases and announcements.
