    my server ip has been nulled routed,because spam

    the domain they mention is not hosted on our server at hivelocity.net


    they just get report without known the problem and ban my ip

    the site report is http://oghmalak.vv.cc/

    we give free domain for people to use, same like co.cc , cz.cc etc
    our free registrant site domain is http://www.registry.vv.cc
    but we did not host the site/domain

    its same like we buy domain from name.com, and of course we cant ban name.com becuase people use for abuse with their domain.



    i already explain many times, but they did not listen

    on our server/host on hivelocity, THEY CAN ERASE WITHOUT NEED MY PERMISION RIGHT AWAY, hehehe, in fact they did not found it


    and now they try to throw the problem between one staff to another staff,really bad support. think more if u want host on hivelocity

    Well, thanks for sharing your experience with Hivelocity but honestly I never had a problem with them neither their support. That's perhaps because we have different purposes but it's good hear the good and bad experiences people have with them.

    Hmm.. Go to http://hivelocity.net/corporate-overview/awards/ -You will get many ORG related with him! - Also I'm not here about this kind of ISSUE with this company b4. Well they use Atlanta Data Centers and you know how sensitive thy are ;) Good luck!

    I'd recommend asking yourself how much money you have lost because of this. If it isn't a significant amount then suing probably isn't worth it.

    I would say Hivelocity is a very reputated company, so anything that would scare or threaten their repuation they take serious action on it. Sometime not in favor of customers too.

    ur domain how give on ur thread hosted (http://oghmalak.vv.cc/)on ip 68.233.241.40 and the ip is on NOC4host
    NOC4host is same with hivelocity
    i hope ur problems will solved asap
