Slightly more refined. Removed 'town hall', fixed width, shows possible rollover effect for 'reader's cafe'.

ok guys, I need to adjust the rules slightly, because from what I see the images are still different size.
because of that and the fact some people are adding different backgrounds, I made up some rules:
- please download this file: http://i.imgur.com/Qym22.jpg
- replace the header with your one
- upload it to imgur.com (and KEEP THE RESOLUTION 1680x1000)
- please DO NOT put "SAMPLE" or any other crap on it, I need PSD anyway so your PNG/JPG is no good to me
- please REMOVE the sky altogether, so I can compare what you've really done with my image, not the background
- only the entries with the same size as original will be accepted
- if you want to show me the rollover effect, please submit it as SECOND image

I want to be fair with everyone, this is why I decided to ask you to standarize the image you are all providing. If you're scared that your design might be taken and used by someone else, PM me the entry instead of posting here.

Because of that, I'm extending the contest to another 24hrs and adding a SECOND prize of $50 for the second best design of course.

One BIG tip:
- as you can see, the desired resolution is set to 1680 width, so if you make the design fit into that, either by extending it or fading - better chances for you to win

I hope you understand my position, I want to be fair to everyone and pick really best design.
