    I have a PR3 Airsoft/BB Gun Niche Website with regular traffic and solid $30-$40/month adsense income (for the past 4 months). Last 30 days I earned $60 and revenue is on an upward trend.

    Maintenance required: Extremely little

    Does the site auto update? I see you tried to sell in December for $ 300. How have you increased your ad revenue since then. Have you add links, etc? Very interested

    No, the site does not need to auto-update. When people send you emails with information about new Airsoft stores in Canada, you simply add the info to the blog post. This maintenance is very minimal, maybe 10 minutes/month.

    You can also update the blog with new posts, however I haven't done that for months, yet traffic and income are still steady/increasing.

    Revenue has increased because of Google placing the site at #1 for good keywords, and slowly has become more and more popular with people adding links at various Airsoft forums and websites.
