Herewith I am looking for a programmer who can program a new tourist site, like for example: holland.com, romaniatourism.com or gotohungary.com

Already available:
- design (.psd)
- PSD 2 html/ CSS
- Detailed description of the assignment (on request I can send / attach a detailed word and or excel file)

You just need to program it in html, php, cms, sql etc

Please do not use WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or other related software. This must be a unique script (backend and frontend)
