Google Adwords VS. Facebook Ads

I have been advertising on both for quiet sometimes and I personally found myself liking Facebook Ads a little more because of it platform layout of selecting gender, age, education, like and etc. to your campaign.

Which one do you like more?

 

i would say adwords still is best.
FB ads converts way too low or nothing.

 

I would have to second that, Definitely Adwords...

 

I do think facebook ads will live because they have the accurate database and whom to target - whereas adwords are simply based on keywords - which are not always true...

For example:
if in some make money article you have written a keyword of "healthy make money" - adwords will pick that 'healthy' word and display the irrelevant advertisement of health on make money article.

Whereas facebook ads know whom to target - because they do have more defined search.

 

Adwords- people have a credit card in their hand

Facebook is just chat

 

Adwords is just the most expensive one. It is not the best one if you do a careful cost analysis.
FB is mostly for the people who never buy something online.
You can't know which one is the best before trying the alternatives like MSN, Yahoo, Adbrite, CPX, CJ, etc.

 

Adwords has a better algorithm of displaying more relevant ads. However, FaceBook is getting better at displaying more targeted ads.

 

Both are great advertising networks - it all depends on your targetted audience really.

 

Facebook is much better in my opinion. You have to realize that Facebook is more personable then Adwords. You can actually see the faces of your potential customers. The communication level with your customers on facebook blows adwords away.

The best method I found when advertising on facebook was to actually advertise an internal facebook page. You pay for clicks, but likes are free. So you build interest around your page and communicate with your potential customers. This makes the whole experience for the customer much more personable. I have found much higher/cheaper conversion rates on the facebook ad platform. No questions asked.

I'm not hating on adwords as it has its place. I just have found for my specific niches/markets, I do much better on facebook.

 

Facebook Ads is much better and effective。

 

Google Adwords and Facebook Ads both are good but Google Adsense is better than FB ads.

 

yeah i totally agree with more defined search. it's not easy at first but it can totally make you some income once you apply your ads to demographic properly.

 

Facebook is all about demographics.

when push comes to it, I have made more money with Adwords, facebook I have not had much luck so right now, Adwords wins.

 

I think adwords is best rather than FB ads because only potential customer will use it & click on it.

It should be obvious! I login to Facebook daily and more than one time in a day. Or you can say I'm always online to it. There may be many people like me who are using Facebook fulltime. Some times it happens that I logged in Facebook, explored it and never opened any other site.

Many people who use to be online every waking always remain logged in to Facebook while surfing the web. Not every website is monetized with adsense but almost every facebook page is monetized with facebook ad. Thats why Fb ads takes the lead.

Well honeslty speaking I was first shocked at your post but then I thought and found that it should be obvious, there is nothing strange!

 

Ad words for certain keywords like "web design" ect are outta this world expensive like 5-8 per click. on face book not even close to same price say .75-1.00 locally. But ad words actually has a way better chance of converting than facbook.
