    the dimensions should be 970x525...is that what's making the quality of my video poor?

    heard it was the best option... to convert it to a flash player.

    any suggestions?

    Upload your .mov file to you tube and download it in .flv using any youtube downloader. Quality will be good since youtube uses best compression tools.
