What is it?
A Facebook RPG game application, text & image based, no flash. PHP/MySQL/HTML/JS running on LAMP

Why am I selling?
In the last year this app is lucky if it got over 40 of my hours in the whole year... I am too busy trying to move my company forward and so is the rest of the team, we are focusing solely on flash games.

Who is the ideal buyer?
You must know yourself or somebody who knows PHP/MySQL/JS very well as I am not including more than 5 hours support with this sale unless you are willing to pay for my time @ £65/hour + VAT in which case I will provide up to 2 weeks support while you move the application and get acquainted with it. Don't worry, you don't have to buy my time for this, the app is simple enough and the community will definitely help you get acquainted if you show some passion for the app. The reason I cannot include more of my time is because I am very busy and at the moment I can hardly spare any time so it has to come at a premium.

Please note, the buyer has to have an interest in taking this project further, you could leave it sitting like I did for a year but that is very risky. If you look at December, our volunteer moderator gave the app attention and ran a little in game competition and revenues nearly tripled.

Current Status of the game:
As you can see the revenue is quite steady, traffic is steady too at about 700 uniques a day, 7,000~ uniques a month all from US/Canada/UK.

What about revenue proof?
The paypal payments come in mixed for all of our apps. I can screenshare proof the payments are coming in as an absolute last step when you guarantee if the proof is okay that you will bid... I will not show proof otherwise, please look at my reputation on DP and history here in the community, I am serious with this sale and you do not have to buy if at the end you do not like the proof. Heck, we can even meet up in person to do this bit if you are not far from London.

Any reason for selling you already generating high revenue from this website

 

I don't consider $1.5-$3.5k high revenue, looking to reduce the amount of things we worry about so we can focus on our main project only. Will share links to main project and such via PM
