Buying Need someone to rename 686 txt files

Pretty simple project. I have 686 txt file that I need renamed.

The name I want is currently the first line of the file. You will need to open the doc, get the name, delete that line, and name the file.

Here is what the files look like:

They currently have names like 145964651634.txt

So, the first file would be renamed Rings_Brands.txt
second file - Candy_Brands.txt

and so on. And I need this done for 686 files. I will zip and send, you will do project and zip and send back.

Please give me offers. This is simple project and I want it done relatively quickly.

Thanks for all the replies - the job has been given out. (Twice actually, Oops) Well, I have another version of it that is php files, so I will find a job for person #2...if he replies again.

I like to be helpful so here is the deal. I got lots of replies, offers from $30 to $10. I am paying $15. Some people asked me for price, etc. I don't have time for that, so while nice and all, it just means your email gets ignored. This is simple job that is really cut and paste only and no thinking or decisions involved, so the low bidders have the edge.
