    I am selling a site making me around $115 per month selling one affiliate product which is very popular these days.

    Keyword has around 15000 exact searches per month and my site is ranked top 3 for that keyword.

    I am looking for offer not less then $650 as sites are usually sold at x10 or x12 of the monthly revenue but i am selling it for less then x5 amount

    Full info will be given to the buyer on how to increase sales and getting high CTR!
