Huge page impression but Very LOW CTR

My CTR was around 0.89% when my page impression was under 150 in a day. Recently my traffic has increased up to 10 times and my CTR is only about 0.16% since 3 days ago. I have changed ads settings overtime including position, font color and text or image, but it seems not working. Any one helps how it happens and what I have to do?? my site: maszam.com

I think the ad position is your problem. That is just my opinion from taking a look at the site

    ctr depends on

    ad relevance
    ad position
    ad format
unique vs returning visitors. i thing a site that receives more unique visitors, will get more ctr. returning visitors will not click on the same ad again and again.
