uploading isn't working again. remote is stuck in pending and ftp files don't show up in the manage files section

Dear filesonic IT team and supporters,
Very sorry to say that but my uploading performance since last week decreased nearly 70% than before. Before i was uploading via cuteftp with great speed and in a day i was uploading more than 10 gb but now especially in day time ftp servers are all get down and my files get into pending status.To upload another file i have to wait maybe a hour because it makes no sense since the previous file waits on the pending status. Before there was not any kind of problem like that. My uploaded files were shown up in file manager in at most 2 minutes. As you all know for some of us working in forums where reposting is not allowed, we must first to be the post something so uploading is a race and i get so much disturbed in this race these days. An upload uploads and posts,instead of waiting his file to be shown on file manager. Does not pray to god for pending status to be shorter. Each time i try to connect to your ftp server i am facing with different server ip's, i am sure that you get many many new servers but maybe this might not be the solution for this waiting problem. Please help us and solve this pending problem asap.

files are pending more then 4 hours after ftp upload.
webupload doesnt work well ^^

what is ahappenung with remote upload?

remote upload is not working fine.. i got some files uploaded 3 hours ago but until now its on pending status..
hey hish please do something about this.

 

Direct links are issued when files are initiated for download, but this is not needed for JDownloader, you only need to parse the filesonic links (you can do this by clicking link grabber - parse links from JD interface).

 

It is the same problem with ftp uploads

 

since some days, upload are quite impossible to do without a problem.

File upload : progress don't work, upload don't start.
Advanced Upload : Slow to begin, start in half of my conection & stop at the middle of upload & don't restart.
FTP upload : really hard to have an access. when you have one, upload is slow. upload will finish but the file is pending a long time(some hours) before to be tranferred on my manage files.
So since some days, Upload is quite impossible to do.
Can you fix this coz i upload less on Filesonic coz of those problems.

Guys, we understand that uploads are delayed but this is due to the incredible amount of growth we've seen lately. We will be adding new servers starting today, and then every day until the uploads are more stable.

Unfortunately, server manufacturers are not as quick as we are

Glad to hear it IT... slowdowns are always to be expected in an ever shifting industry, but it's good to know you guys are on top of things.

 

Hish,say somthing about the downloading speeds... My users are complaining about the 30kbp/s for free users and 100-150kbp/s for premium.
I will stop using filesonic until its fixed... (I can't beleve that i said it)

 

Filesonic is currently upgrading & adding new servers to provide greater speeds & reliable storage so experiencing reduction in speed temporarily is very normal.
