    in my opinion, the high value visitor clicks is a visitor who comes from the USA. I think, with 500 - 1000 USA visitors every day, you can get $ 20 per day. and even then depending on the content of your site. if indeed niche content, uv 500-1000 perday is enough. but if your blog contains general content ( include entertainment ) , you need a lot more visitors to get $ 20 per day.

    not fixed numbers of visitors, it also depends upon advertiser means if visitors click on your ads then how much advertiser pay to you for click some pay 1$ per click
