    It worked for me too (At 6.30 AM) but i think PayPal will apply this restriction as per PST time.

    But when i tried to login this time (9.09 AM) i got this message :(

    My question is: what will happen if I DON'T withdraw the money to my bank? Will Paypal freeze the money or will it be automatically transferred to my bank?

    Got the same message in all my paypal accounts, so paypal actually is going to implement its new polices. At moment paypal shows 28 February 2011 21:02 PST

    So 3 more hrs.

    Thats the question i asked paypal..and first they responded with an email that they donot have enough information on that and when i asked the same question again just a week earlier they wont even respond...stupid people...
