Selling W3Theory website hosting, programming, SEO and design

We would like to sell W3Theory; http://www.w3theory.com the price has been lowered from when we last tried to sell. We want to sell because we have become too busy to run and maintain the site anymore. All of our profit has come from mostly programming and website design, however we do host a handful of clients and that is making money, with a little bit of advertisement you could easily get a lot more

We use WHMCS to manage the hosting side, WHMCS is a great system that allows you to easily manage your clients and payments.
If you were to buy the site, we would happily remain as programmers/designers until you got your feet on the ground and were ready to move on.

We do have proof of payments and website stats, just PM to see.

WHat would you like to know about traffic and revenue stats?

We've been open 4 and a half months (ish) and made just under $5,000 - almost steady at $1,000 per month, give or take a few hundred.
Traffic wise, the site has only recently started growing and getting a lot of hits, we are at an Alexa rank of 717,000 and we haven't yet done any paid advertisements.
