Script for Viewing CCTV Online via a website?

    Hi

    OK I am after some sort a script so that I can view my own CCTV system over the internet.

    ie. connect to the internet on another computer and go to the website that I have added my script and view the CCTV

    I have seen people with this online on there website but I cant find a script anywhere?

    please help?

    does your cctv system have a web interface? or can save recorded images or streams to disk? if so its easy

    It can only be viewed by a software on a pc that asks for 4 things, these are:

    ip
    port cmd
    data port
    password

    also you can view it via a tv, the system can save to a usb pics and video, but thats all, I was thinking more of video streaming script?

    im not sure, but investigate what the raw data stream the player is getting when logging in via the "software" on your pc, by packet sniffing the traffic. it could be using a http,rtp,rtsp,mms protocol that a script could be made to interface with.
