    Your site is indexed already.
    I see your permalinks are set to default.I would recommend you to change it to postname.

    Either date/postname or id/postname to avoid server overhead to rewrite non-indexed post slugs. This is just the way that WordPress handles permalinks, and it is more efficient with the leading portion of the Url to be numeric.

    Login to you admin panel and go to Settings-Permalinks and choose custom structure and type in : /%postname%/
    Then hit Save changes and you are done
