Are you a registered company?
We are a Sole Proprietorship, and since we are getting bigger it was advised I became an LLC which is one of the main reasons I am selling the company as I don’t want to have to deal with all that and the extra workload.

What is the reason you are selling the company?
Like stated above, becoming an LLC and also another main reason is because I now run a VPS company which I find a lot more interesting. I like building companies up so now that this company is built up and has its workload which is more than I can now handle I am just looking to sell it off to a person who has the time to put into it.

How much time do you put into the company each day?
The techs that work for the company are pretty well self-managed, you don’t need to babysit them all that much so you don’t need to spend all that much time. I probably put an hour-two a day into the company in increments. If someone were to put more time in and market it more you would see much better sales and results.

Where do you advertise?
Right now I only advertise on Webhostingtalk.com which is a pity as this company could sky rocket with just some decent marketing done.

Is the $60K just a projection based on the January/Feb sales figures?

I had my hopes up for this one....It's never what it seems...

 

In 2010 we brought in $30,000. In 2011 we plan to bring in $60,000+. We have doubled our income from 2009 to 2010. We plan to do the same thing in 2011. As of right now (2/25) we have brought in $12,000. $7,000 of that is profit. I think that alone says enough. We have proven paypal sheets to show it too.
