    its growing alot and i cant manage thm

    so do any one know easiest method to manage those and look after thm

    do you really need to have them? if you are not interested then de friend them. or you can put them into groups

    I believe that they might have been referring to "Friend Lists" rather than "Groups"... but not sure how that would answer your question.

    I just started de-friending people... if I hurt their feelings, I am sorry but "Facebook" is a digital world... not the real world.

    probably you must have lot of FB accounts, so you can use friend groups to maintain the people in your accounts.

    This sounds like advertisement. Like it's a call for you guys to offer something to have those 40k friends of him a monetary.
    Say, how about $1.00 for each promotional link posted on his page/group account.

    40k friends. That's probably over different accounts, right? You can do a gig on Fiverr. But such gigs doesn't sell much. If I were you, I'd probably sell the accounts.
