    You certainly can. I'd recommend you outsource this to someone on Fiverr though. Submitting your site to hundreds of directories is very time consuming.

    Some directories do not allow this, it is checkable on submit for uniqueness in the directory or category and will be refused submission.

    Yes, you can. In fact, the best way to benefit is by submitting your url to hundreds and thousands of directories and not just few of them.

    Google could care less how often you submit to somebody's directory... But doing it again and again will probably cause the directory to consider you a spammer. Doesn't have anything to do with google though.
