Does yahoo allow gambling/poker/bingo related ads in UK?

Hi

I have looked through various pages on the uk yahoo search marketing site and haven't come across what is not allowed by them. It requires a £60 initial sign up and so I don't want to sign up to find that I can't advertise half my sites.

I heard before that Google and Yahoo (the two largest Internet search engines), announced that they were removing online gambling advertising from their sites..

Yahoo, has instigated a restrictive policy about gambling ads..

 

I have never seen a gambling site in "Ads by Yahoo".

same here, but my friend said they allow gambling ads before in Yahoo..

 

If you go to yahoo.co.uk and search for casino there are sponsored ads. I assume they allow geo targeted gambling ads in countries like the UK. You would proberly have to show them a copy of your gaming license (like google asks for) in order to get listed?

 

I have seen a gambling site in yahoo advertising

 

right now dont waste your time, it will be automatically resolved by yahoo marketing site.

 

It might not be allowed in Yahoo I think, atleast I haven't seen it ever before
