    Yup... Go into any campaign and click the networks tab. From there you should be able to see the display network and options for managed or automatic placements. Make sure automatic placements is OFF and managed placements is ON. You will have to add relevant sites under managed placements....

    Also, depending on the website, managed placements can cost high $$$, so using the search network or content network may be more economical.
