Is it ok to indicate your own site as the source if you have relevant info?

    Hi,

As the title says. Let say some one asked in a forum or in yahoo answers a question which's answer is found in my own site in details. Is it ok if I indicate (provide link) my own article as the solution for that answer?

    Will it be considered spamming?

I went to ask in another forum. They said if I'm really trying to post the answer then they will allow in their forum. Lets see if any one here knows what DP thinks.
