oh dear you are having -1 itrader and that says you are really bad to do business! So how do we trust you anymore?
First of all, anyone can leave anyone an itrader. There is no verification that a buyer actually bought from you before they leave a rating. If you look closer you will see this user has been banned for leaving a fake Itrader. I have complained to the mods because this person has never bought anything from us to my knowledge and must be some competitor or kid playing games. We do business honestly and have always delivered on promises or a refund. We offer a free trial so you can test our product and delivery before paying so there is no question of trust.

To Anyone reading this - one competitor or someone is registering fake accounts and leaving fake bad itrader. This person has not bought any hosting from us and all our tickets have been answered. Look at all the posts made by this guy and they are all on hosting threads claiming scam with no proof. This guy demanlisi doesn't even accept PM's check it your self folks. Just another spammer / scammer with nothing better to do. We have not had one refund request. If you are telling the truth Demanlisi then post your domain name, copy of your receipt and paypal transaction ID. Other wise you are just lying and trying to cause problems for an honest host. If there was a glitch in our system and you want a refund within our refund period then we will give you your money back no questions asked. This rating system is fundamentally flawed. Someone doesnt need any proof to leave an itrade. The mods really should fix this loophole. We offer free trials longer than anyone on DP pretty much so how can we be scammers? This is ridiculous.

Either you are a scammer, or are incompetent or loose many emails. I once tried a malaysian shared server. Due to the malaysia location much of my email traffic got lost (up to 50%). The server was basically unusable. Maybe you have similar problems based in your IP?
Yes We have one domain name with .cn extension. I guess all of the domains in China are "scammers" . There was a special on them and we picked up a few for .35 each from name.com We have many diff domains we use for dns servers etc. So if that's the kind of person you are to draw such negative conclusions with no basis on fact then please do not order from us. We like to work with nice positive, and undertsanding clients. I think you will find our products and services to be quite competitive. We strive to offer the best support and prices possible.
