    you can check your account as often as you want but NOT from a various places, computers and ips. stay checking with only one computer.
    I have been using adsense for 3 years, me myself check my account many times/day and my account is still fine with it.

    Regarding this.. How if for example I'll change my computer and ISP which mean new IP different from the original one registered in Google, what will I do to avoid Googe AdSense banned?..

    that's not logical if you think it like a human, but be caution when handling with big G, they have numerous robot-G tracking+human analysis, i'm an ex-banned, that's why i share with you guys.

    It is possible if they create a correlation between your logins and number of clicks/pageviews. So, if they find such a correlation they can use it to be sure about a paid traffic (adsense arbitrage) or click fraud activity.
