Buying PSD to HTML/CSS Needed

    I need someone to convert a rather simple design into HTML/CSS. It needs to be done properly (tableless, menus are unordered lists, etc).

    Please contact me with your rates and completion time. Looking for very low price (around $15, it's quite simple).

    I'm a coder/developer and i think that "It needs to be done properly" and "very low price" are opposite expressions. Good luck.
