Adwords, link directories, forums, blogs, ezine articles, basically places where you can put up your site and get people to notice you

 

Best is to do seo for your site and try to make it higher in ranking and traffic will come automatically.

 

Organic search is the best traffic, but you can also do other things, like, post videos, commenting on other relevant blogs with a link back to your site and participating on forums related to your niche with a link back inside your signature and social bookmarking. Also, I haven't used them in a while, but blogcatalog.com can bring in some pretty good traffic to your blog.

 

You should build back links, tap on the traffic of social networking sites by referring people in. Search Engines are still the main source of traffic though. Try to build links with sites of similar niches and it would be easier for you to get targeted traffic into your website. Article Marketing is another way you can try. Leveraging on traffic in article directories is a good way of getting traffic. Thanks. But is it necessary to build links only at US websites, if my blog is US, or it can be worldwide? For example, if I buy/exchange links with UK, French or Arabic sites, the result would be the same?
