Same SEO work, But different result

I have 2 websites (A and B, you can find them in my signature), I am taking the same SEO method to do the SEO work for both of them.

But in the end, A is totally gone from Google, but B is listed well on the first page of Google under certain keywords.

So is there anyone can tell me why?

    Hey morkat

I think its can be possible, Its not necessary that whole of your two sites listed same. Could you analyze your both sites?

I have face same problem earlier. Sometimes it happens due to domain name extension, domain name keyword, websites onpage promotion, websites designing etc.

i would say the same answer what makhussy said..
both contents are same, google first crowls original content, so you should change the content and use some important keywords and hyperlinks those keywords with h1 tags , i hope this will help you to get good position in search engines.

Duplicate content. Of course one is likely to be penalized, what would be the benefit of 2 sites with the same content appearing in the search results?

Imagine you had 200 sites all with the same content, and I searched for that targeted keyword. If Google didn't penalize duplicate content, I would have to trawl though 200 pages before getting to anything new and useful

See Matt Cuts Blog / videos on duplicate content:

If the content is same then you are totally screwed because Google has launched It's very new content farm updation.

I was thinking the same, if we are targeting same keywords and even the content is same then there is a possibility of such results. Try putting different keywords and different content can be better and beneficial.

Hey Guys, thanks for your suggestions!
I checked both of them on Title, Description, keywords, even the homepage content, but they are different!
