    Works for me - it's not bad. A little big, and I don't understand the concept of the "glass disk," save to make everything appear as one image.

    I did something similar at www.teenagespace.com back in the day.

    No offence, but it looks very cluttery, messy and unprofessional, I would lose the disk, as it reflects to much contrast on the other words and will annoy users.

    Move the disk to background (behind the buttons) if you really wanna keep it.
    Your header will look better that way ;)

    The disk thing is just a mess and looks as if is was a mistake that went un-fixed. In my opinion, get rid of it.

    Yeah, the disk is quite distracting, maybe if it was behind or something, maybe even just lower the opticity and erase the top part so its only going over the text then dissapering.

    Can you drop the disk to the background? I may fit a little better and allow you to drop the text down closer to the menu.
