Hi, Today internet is all about quality 2 way communication, building up trust. Facebook is an excellent media to connect with like minded people in your niche. Talk to them and make them interested in what you are offering without pushing it. You will get lots of traffic for FREE. Oh by the way, after you have been posting for 1 week with at least 10 posts you are allowed to have a "Signature" with a link that also will attract FREE visitors to your site especially if you provide quality information... If you are new, learn to get the FREE traffic first and then you can play the bigger game with PPC...
It's pretty important to know what area your client base is in before offering any meaningful advice.

Everybody who starts a new business is eager to attract clients FAST and make the business profitable. Yes, you should take advantages of all the advices above (ads, social network activity, using seo technics and etc.) BUT it is a myth that you will get clients quick! 1 or 2 posts in blogs or facebook will not help. You will need to spend a lot of time, get marketing knowledge and make efforts to get results.
