Selling Article directory for sale - Good search engine rankings.

Hi, I am looking for offers for my article directory http://carticles.com.

Built on a free wordpress article directory theme with a few minor modifications.

I have paid out for a mixture of directory submissions and article submissions and ranks between pages 3 - 6 (changes every couple of days) in google.com and .co.uk for the keyword "article directory" (with or without quotes).

2,300 pages are indexed in google.

The site has about 44,000 articles. At first I was using an article wizzard plugin to upload articles automatically, but that's been turned off for a couple of months and 10 - 20 articles are being submitted on a daily basis by real users.

An SEO plugin is being used to automatically set meta tags, description, keywords etc, on each page.

Around 700 visits each month, from a mixture of google search, direct traffic and twitter. No revenue.

I can offer the buyer ftp access to the site for transfer and can help a bit, but i'm no expert at transfering sites.

Thanks for the replies. Due to the amount of time and the few bits of money I have spent on building links, I was really hoping for around $200 -$300.
