    What do you mean by old posts? From what date on is a post considered old? Specifically in your case – from which date until which date do you want to retrieve posts?
    Thank you for raising this question. This is indeed an important question. I also wonder if facebook has a facility for archiving old posts.

    i wanted to know if someone knows how to get to older posts or statuses of his own or someone else or some group.
    if there is another way to do it, beside pressing "Older Posts" button?

    It's tough finding old posts like say 3 months ago or 4 months ago.. they should come up with a feature that would allow us to go back whenever we want to at any time of posting

    You have to do in manually by searching thru your comments... they are all there organized by date.

    I doubt that Justin, only because I think there too much of crap as well as some meaningful posting continuously coming up each day on Facebook. It must be difficult for Facebook itself to have a record of all these stuff online.

    I think the posting older than 2-3 months, Facebook themselves might be deleting it or must have coded in such a way that it must be going in the dustbin :) However its a really good question, where does all the older posts go ?
