I need a website which is to be designed based on the idea of providing services to a user through online quotations from multiple service providers. The website should allow the user to perform following tasks. 1- Create an account 2- Login and fill a questioner 3- Send the questioner to multiple service providers. 4- Receive a reminder email when all the quotations are completed and posted by the service providers. 5- Login and view the quotations and select the desired quotation. 6- Fill up the service quality form online about the service providers. The service provider should be able to 1- Create an account 2- Receive email with filled up questioner from the client. 3- Login and create an quotation 4- Pay online to the website owner to receive the client details if his quotation is selected. 5- Fill up the required data about the client. The website owner should be able to 1- have full control of the website database and records. 2- Should be able to view and record all the data forms filled up by the client and the service provider 3- Recieve the payments in his/her merchent account (2checkout etc) Any additional changes or adjustments can be discussed as required.
